Dungeon of Doom 4.4.5

1. Removed Valentines Day and added Lupercalia (A an ancient Roman holiday that spans 2-13 - 2-15 instead.

2. When a chaos potion was found after battle it added a life doll instead. Fixed.

3. Apothecary menu now mentions chaos potions and not chaos drinks to maintain consistency in description.

4. Enemy balance in chaos survival has been significantly increased in difficulty. These will prove to

     be a major challenge to complete!

5. Fixed custom character creation to avoid setting a negative magic modifier.

6. Required base structures for holy & dark spells completed. (pharmacological table, reagents needed,   monster resistances). You can buy/             find the new reagents but right now those don't do anything yet until the spells have been added.
